The assignment for the Who Am I includes providing the positive thought at the beginning of the meeting and introducing guests and visiting Rotarians during the meeting.
The speaker for Tuesday, June 16, 2015 was Marshall Lubin. He is a former Navy SEAL an member of Seal Team 1. He spoke about his experiences as a Navy SEAL. Mr. Lubin is also an author of books about the Navy SEALS. His latest book is Night Moves.
RB Sunrise Rotarians in the News
Unicorn Jewelry and Watch Boutique, owned by Fred Nasseri, was mentioned in an article in the latest RB News \Journal. At a recent awards dinner held a San Diego Zoo's Safari Park, Unicorn Jewelry was one of 19 businesses honored by the San Diego North Chamber of Commerce. Unicorn Jewelry was honored in the Think Local First Champions of the Year category. This category recognizes business that are active in promoting collaboration within their community wmr supporting local businesses.
We are nearing the end of the Rotary International fiscal year. Because we no longer get paper rosters from RI, and because RI uses our ClubRunner database information, it is critical that you keep your contact and other information up to date. If you haven't already done so, please logon to our club website and then go to the Member Area by clicking on the link on the upper right on the home page. Once you are on the Admin page, click on Edit my profile, the first item under My ClubRunner. This will bring up your profile page. The main page shows contact information. Please also click on the other tabs and update such information as your sponsor, if that information isn't there. Thank you.

I need your input for the website and/of the club newsletter, SunRiser. This is a quiet time of year with vacations, so your story input is especially needed. If you see an interesting story that involves Rotary or a Rotarian, please pass that along.
The Date Joined Rotary is indicates when the member last joined RB Sunrise Rotary. If a the member was previously a member of another club or was a member of RB Sunrise, left and came back, only the date of the most recent period of membership is reflected. RI does not indicate on their records nor does ClubRunner track interrupted memberships
