Rancho BEERnardo This Saturday!
Our club's only fundraising event is this Saturday, Oct 20. Every member's
participation is needed to make this event a success.
Here is the schedule for that day.
9:00 am - Setup begins - continue to completion
11:30 am - ABC training near the bandstand
12:30 pm - Reception opens for VIP (general ticket holders may upgrade
to VIP on event day for $20 per ticket)
1:00 pm - VIP entrance - special rare beers and seating section (VIPs
permitted to go to stations outside of VIP section as well.)
2:00 pm - General admission
5:00 pm - Event closed - Cleanup - Site cleared - all members are needed
cleanup needs to be completed before dark.
