The member assigned to Who Am I is also responsible for providing the positive thought for the day at the beginning of the meeting.
During the meeting the Who Am I assignment member has the task of introducing visiting Rotarians and guests.
The member assigned the Rotary Minute is also a Greeter for the day and is assigned to sell opportunity drawing tickets.
At our July 30 meeting, David Allen, a member of the Las Vegas After Hours Rotary Club visited. He was the guest of Phil Schneider. He now works for Cornerstone Wealth Management and is a potential new member. During the meeting he presented a banner from his club. Las Vegas After Hours Rotary club was just recently chartered.
Lloyd Trilling recognized with multiple Paul Harris Award

On July 30, 2019 Lloyd Trilling was awarded his Paul Harris Fellowship +2 recognition pin for his continued support of the Rotary Foundation. In addition to his support of the Rotary Foundation, Lloyd has for many years been our club's RYLA coordinator.
Congratulations, Lloyd and thank you for your dedicated support of the Rotary Foundation and your service to RB Sunrise Rotary Club and District 5340's RYLA program.
RB Sunrise Members Assist at Thousand Smiles Clinic in Ensenada
On Saturday, August 3, three members of RB Sunrise Rotary Club traveled to Ensenada, Mexico to assist in the Thousand Smiles Clinic weekend. In addition to their assistance to the clinic, they were also able to present a grant to Thousand Smile in the amount of $6000. Kim Muslusky, a member of RB Sunrise, is a board member of Thousand Smiles and the photographer for the photo above. Thousand Smiles is a 501(3)c organization that was initiated by a Rotary Club in San Diego and has for many years been providing surgical treatment for cleft lip and cleft palate facial deformities. In addition they also provide followup care and dental treatment at their facility in Ensenada.
By supporting Thousand Smiles, Rotarians in District 5340 including RB Sunrise Rotary, continue to change lives.
