The member assigned to Who Am I is also responsible for providing the positive thought for the day at the beginning of the meeting. During the meeting the Who Am I assignment member has the task of introducing visiting Rotarians and guests.
The member assigned the Rotary Minute is also a Greeter for the day and is assigned to sell opportunity drawing tickets.
There is an easy way to donate money to the Rotary. If you buy products from Amazon or a lot of other online vendors, you can now save money and have a percentage of the cost of your purchase go to the Rotary Foundation. The best part is that after you install an extension on your computer browser or download the app for your smart phone or tablet, the process is seamless. After installing the app or extentsion, any time you visit a vendor that is participating in this program, the extension or app will locate a current offer and automatically apply it to your purchase at checkout. The purchase will also participate in the program to automatically send a percentage of your purchase price to Rotary. Definitely a win-win strategy.
